Hotel Kinich - Isla Mujeres

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and the rooms are clean and nice. I enjoyed our "Suite with Terrace"-it really added to our experience with a cozy space to unwind at night where we could even catch a glimpse of Cancun's lights in the distance.

Check-in was a bit challenging due to language barriers.

Place was wonderful small and original, loved the stay.

the hotel's location was amazing, adjacent to peoples back yards, the '' city centre '' and the ultramar ferry terminal. it also was right in the center of town. the room was updated and new-fashioned, had wi-fi, a living area, and a balcony.

The location is the biggest advantage of the hotel, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. My room was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping me cool throughout my stay. I appreciated having a nice terrace to unwind at night!

Everything was perfect at this lovely welcoming hotel. Beautifully decorated, well furnished room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Exceptionally nice and ideal location in gorgeous area, short walk to restaurants and the beach, and downtown shopping area.

The location is prime for family adventures, just a short walk from the beach. Our room was clean, and the air conditioning worked great with two kids. Plus, they accommodated our request for extra towels without hesitation.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the breakfast options had more variety.

Hotel Kinich was good! The location was superb, providing easy access to the beach and vibrant atmosphere, while the staff were very good too ensure comfort.

I stayed in the Beautiful Double Room with Terrace or Balcony for 6 nights, and it was pretty comfy. The bed was nice and cozy, which I loved! The balcony was a great spot to relax. The only downside was the noise from the neighbor's music that kept me up one night. The place felt clean and inviting, and the staff was super helpful when I had questions.

This place was just an ideal choice for a brief hiatus in Isla Mujeres with great value. I appreciated how quickly they provided extra pillows, hangers, and beach towels when I asked. Climbing those stairs to the top floor was a workout, so be ready for that!

My beautiful king room with a terrace was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to playa norte. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving great local dining recommendations.

Just stayed for 23 nights and loved the fresh breakfast rolls each morning along with the hot coffee. Rooms are super clean, but the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. Would definitely come back!

The location offered excellent views, especially from my room's terrace. I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire space. The staff provided prompt assistance, accommodating my request for extra towels quickly. The city view added a unique charm to my experience.

The noise from nearby bars occasionally disrupted my peace.
